When considering concealer vs. foundation, think of concealer as makeup to provide extra coverage for dark spots or imperfections, while foundation provides all-over coverage to the face. First, neutralize discoloration under the eye with corrector, starting at the inner corner of the eye and applying to all areas of darkness. Then, using its applicator, dot concealer over the corrector. Blend below the entire lash line and down toward the cheekbone to cover any darkness or discoloration. These steps should help to conceal any undereye bags or darkness.
